Copy link- Open the app on your mobile device.
- Enter your username and password. These should be the same credentials you use for the portal.
- Once logged in, you’ll be directed to the default screen, where you can access all supported items. Press the the icon to find information about the app and your account.
If you don’t have an account, register via the web portal in these steps.
Home screen
Copy linkAfter logging in, you see your item tree. The app only displays the items supported in the mobile app, to see the full item tree you have to open the web portal. To view the items inside a folder, tap on the folder.
Supported items are camera (live view and recordings), TimeLapse project, panel, location, folder.
Camera live view
Copy linkDisplays automatically when you open the camera.
You can control the live view with the visible buttons on the display.
- PTZ:
- Saving an image: Tap the camera icon and the currently displayed image will be saved to your device’s gallery.
- Audio cue: Tap the icon to view all saved audio recordings. Tap on the selected recording to play it on the camera’s audio output.
- Audio transfer: Tap the microphone icon to start audio to the camera output. During the transmission, the video is framed in red and information about the ongoing transmission is displayed in the upper right corner. Tap the microphone icon to end the audio transmission.
- Audio control: Tap the speaker icon to turn on the audio. Tap the icon to turn the sound off.
- Tap the images icon and select the desired display quality.
HINT
If you do not see any of the buttons, the camera does not support the described function or the function is not enabled in the configuration.
Use the pinch-to-zoom gesture to zoom. Use your fingers to expand the image to the desired zoom position, where the image will remain until zoomed out again.
Camera recordings
Copy linkAfter opening recordings, see a timeline and preview image. The current day is automatically displayed, and the default time is set back five minutes from when the recordings were opened. A yellow timeline indicates existing footage and blank spaces show where recordings are missing.
Use your finger to move the timeline – dragging it up and down moves the time.
To view the timeline in more detail, tap the magnifying glass icon. Tap the magnifying glass icon for less detail.
To select a specific day to see recordings, tap the calendar icon and select the day. The time of the recording remains the same.
Tap the filter icon to filter the recordings and select any filter. The filtered events appear in red in the timeline. The filter icon will also turn red to indicate that a filter is active.
To play the recordings, tap the play button.
Use the pinch-to-zoom gesture to zoom. Use your fingers to expand the image to the desired zoom position, where it will stay until you zoom out again.
There are icons on the bar for control:
- Tap the camera icon to download the current image to your device’s gallery.
- Tap the 1x icon to change the playback speed. The maximum is up to 8x.
- Tap on the images icon to select the recording quality.
- Tap the down arrow to hide the timeline. Then tap the up arrow to show the timeline.
TimeLapse project
Copy linkThe TimeLapse project has three modes – Browse, Compare, and Timelapse video.
Browse
The newest time-lapse image and the timeline is displayed when you open TimeLpse project. If there is a gray box, a time-lapse image was taken, and where there is blank space, there is no time-lapse image.
On the timeline, you can scroll through all the time-lapse images taken throughout the project.
Controlling the timeline:
- Slide your finger. When you slide your finger up, the timeline moves backwards in time; when you slide your finger down, the timeline moves forward.
- Use the arrow keys.
- Tap on display the previous frame or tap to display the next frame.
- Tap to view the previous day at the same time or tap to view the next day at the same time.
- Tap to view the first slide of the project or tap to view the last slide.
- Select the exact date and time.
- Tap the date to open the calendar. Select the date.
- Tap the time to open the time selection and select the time of the image.
- To hide the timeline, tap the down arrow . To show the timeline again, tap the up arrow .
To download the currently displayed image, tap the camera icon. The image is downloaded to your device’s gallery.
Use the pinch-to-zoom gesture or press magnifying glass icon to zoom. Use your fingers to expand the image to the desired zoom position, where the image stays until you zoom out again. You can zoom out with your fingers or by clicking the magnifying glass icon.
Compare
This mode allows you to compare two images over time. The blue slider can be moved at will – grab the slider and drag the cursor from side to side.
You can select the images you want to compare in two ways:
- Select a specific date. Tap the date and select the one you want to view in the calendar. Tap the time to select the one you want to view.
- Select the image directly from timeline. When you slide your finger up, the timeline moves backward in time; when you slide your finger down, the timeline moves forward.
Tap the camera icon to download the displayed images to your device’s gallery.
Use the pinch-to-zoom gesture to zoom. Use your fingers to expand the image to the desired zoom position, where it stays until you zoom out again. You can zoom out with your fingers or by clicking the magnifying glass icon.
To hide the timeline, click the down arrow . To show the timeline again, tap the up arrow .
Time-lapse video
You can watch the video directly within the app or download it.
To set up video playback:
- Select the time period you want to view.
- If you don’t want to select a preset period, choose your own or tap the calendar icon with the pencil to select your own period.
- Select the desired length of the time-lapse video and tap Play button or the play icon in the video frame.
Tap the down arrow to hide the video settings. Tap the up arrow to display it.
Tap the download icon to prepare the video for download.
- Select the period you want to show in the video. Select from the preset periods or choose your own.
- Select a time filter if you only want to use images from a specific time of day for the video.
- Select how long the time-lapse video will be.
- Tap Ready to download button.
Tap the image icon across to view the downloadable videos. You can then download the prepared videos to your device’s gallery.
Panel
Copy linkThe panel is used to display and view analytical data.
You can easily view any time period in the panel in analytical widgets. There are two switches that can be used to change the way the data is displayed in the widget:
- Three dots at the bottom of the widget.
- This switch changes the type of widget display: summary, time series, or typical course.
- The switch in the upper right corner of the widget
- This switch selects whether you want to display the data in aggregate or by individual locations.
- In the case of displaying a typical course, the choice is between daily and weekly view.
The panel can display a single period or a comparison between two periods.
To change the period, click the calendar icon.
- Select a period – one of the presets or create your own. In the calendar, select the start and end of the period. The selected period is shown in blue in the charts.
- Select a period to compare – one of the presets or create your own. The selected period is displayed in orange in the graphs.
- Enable/disable data comparison using the Compare with checkbox.
- Tap on Confirm.
Tap Locations to select the locations you want to display in the panel, leave the other locations unchecked.
Click Export to download the export in .xlsl format to your device.
Information

You can also log out of the app by taping Log out button.
